صدور حکم ۵ سال حبس براى ابراهیم فیروزى
ابراهیم فیروزى نوکیش مسیحى و زندانی عقیدتی زندان رجایی شهر کرج به ۵ سال حبس محکوم شد.
حکم ۵ سال حبس از سوى شعبه ٢٨ دادگاه انقلاب روز دوشنبه به وکیل ابراهیم فیروزى ابلاغ شد.
وکیل آقاى فیروزى در گفتگو با گزارشگر هرانا گفت: «حکم ۵ سال حبس که درواقع اشد مجازات براى اتهام وارده به ایشان است ابلاغ شده، البته این حکم بدوى است و نسبت به اعتراض اقدام خواهیم کرد.»
ابراهیم فیروزى ١٧ اسفندماه گذشته به اتهام اقدام علیه امنیت ملى از طریق اجتماع و تبانى، از سوى شعبه ٢٨ دادگاه انقلاب به ریاست قاضى مقیسه محاکمه شد و وى براى اولین بار در جلسه دادگاه با وکیلش ملاقات کرد.
ابراهیم فیروزی زندانی عقیدتی زندان رجایی شهر کرج در بند ۱۰ این زندان به همراه چند نوکیش مسیحی دیگر، برخلاف اصل تفکیک جرائم در بین زندانیان جرائم غیرسیاسی و بعضا خطرناک نگهداری می‌شود.
این نوکیش مسیحی که ۳ شهریور ماه سال ۹۲ بازداشت شد، سابقه بازداشت های متعددی دارد و پیش‌تر نیز از سوی دادگاه انقلاب رباط کریم به یک سال زندان و دو سال تبعید به شهرستان سرباز محکوم شده بود، اما باوجود اینکه از ۲۳ دی ماه سال گذشته محکومیتش به پایان رسیده همچنان در زندان بسر می‌برد تا به پرونده جدیدی که برایش تشکیل شده رسیدگی شود.
