اعدام چهار زندانى در ارومیه
صبح امروز، چهار زندانى به اتهام قتل عمد، در زندان ارومیه به دار آویخته شدند.
به گزارش خبرگزارى هرانا، ارگان خبرى مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران، صبح روز شنبه نوزده اردیبشهت، حکم اعدام (قصاص) چهار محکوم به نام هاى عادل بخشعلى زاده، بهمن اسماعیلى، قادر حمیدى و على تاجدارى در محوطه زندان مرکزی ارومیه اجرا شد.
هنوز هیچ یک از مسئولین قضایى درباره این اعدام و روند دادرسى منجر به صدور و اجراى حکم اطلاع رسانى و اظهار نظرى نکرده اند.
گفتنى است، مطابق قانون مجازات اسلامى، اتهام قتل عمد طیف وسیعى از ضرب و جرح منجر به مرگ، از درگیرى و قتل لحظه اى تا قتل با برنامه ریزى و نقشه قبلى را شامل مى شود.
